Settings

The following settings can be defined in the attendance list:

  • Only show the assigned employees in the attendance list If this option is activated, only people who are managed by the employee themselves are displayed in the attendance list for the employee. In the case of a team leader, for example, these are the employees in the team. All other employees are hidden. If the option is deactivated, all employees are displayed, regardless of who logs in to the attendance list.

  • The end of work is set by a manual logout, not by the target time By activating this option, you can prevent employees from being automatically set to "Work finished". This can be helpful if employees regularly work longer than the target time and want to set the "Work finished" status themselves.
